BMS - Therapist Terms

Acceptance And Eligibility

By signing up, logging in with OTP, requesting spa approval, editing your profile, uploading a profile photo, managing availability, viewing assigned bookings, generating QR codes, viewing reviews, or using BMS - Therapist, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to perform therapist or spa-related services in the applicable location.

No Employment Or Agency Relationship

BMS - Therapist is a workflow and marketplace operations tool. Unless a separate written contract says otherwise, use of the app does not make you an employee, agent, partner, franchisee, or representative of BookMySpa. Spa approval, work allocation, compensation, licensing, workplace safety, supervision, and service conduct remain between you and the relevant spa or service provider.

Therapist Account And Spa Approval

• You must provide accurate name, phone number, optional email, experience, bio/skills, spa request, and profile information.
• Access to booking, schedule, availability, QR, and review features depends on active approval by a spa.
• Pending or rejected requests may restrict features until a spa manager approves you.
• BookMySpa may suspend or restrict access for fraud, false profile information, abuse, safety concerns, repeated no-shows, policy violations, or legal risk.

Availability, Bookings, And QR Codes

You are responsible for keeping your availability and profile accurate. Assigned booking schedules are provided for operational coordination. QR generation is allowed only for your own eligible assigned bookings, on the applicable booking date, through the app workflow. You must not share QR tokens, generate QR codes for unauthorized users, bypass check-in rules, or falsely mark service readiness.

Therapist Priority

Therapist priority subscriptions, if available, are purchased through the therapist web portal and may boost ranking only among otherwise approved, eligible, and available therapists. Priority is not a guarantee of bookings, income, spa approval, schedule allocation, or client selection. Priority payment and refund records may affect account deletion until settled.

Client Tips And Earnings

Where BookMySpa enables client tips, only voluntary post-check-in tips paid through the in-app flow are authorized. You must not request side payments, pressure clients to tip, collect offline tips through the platform relationship, or represent tips as required for service. Successful client tip allocations may become pass-through therapist earning lines, subject to booking assignment, refund state, payout eligibility, earning-run locks, dispute holds, and applicable law. If a tip refund is pending or succeeds, unpaid tip earning lines may be held or voided according to the platform refund workflow.

Service Conduct And Compliance

You must comply with applicable law, spa policies, hygiene and safety standards, client consent requirements, professional conduct expectations, and any approvals or licences needed for services you perform. You must not harass clients, request unauthorized payments or tips, collect unnecessary personal data, misuse booking information, or provide medical advice through the platform.

Reviews And Reputation

Client reviews may be visible in the app where permitted. BookMySpa may moderate hidden, abusive, fraudulent, unlawful, or irrelevant content, but does not guarantee removal of all negative feedback. You must not manipulate ratings, submit fake reviews, retaliate against clients, or pressure clients to rate you.

Account Deletion

You can initiate deletion from BMS - Therapist. Deletion is blocked while you have active or upcoming assigned bookings, pending/refunding therapist priority payment states, unpaid client tip earning exposure, or payout/refund holds. Successful deletion removes therapist app access, ends active spa assignments, removes future booking eligibility, removes availability, deletes therapist profile media where possible, and deletes or anonymizes the login identity when no other roles remain. Historical booking, payment, client tip, payout, rating, QR, fraud-prevention, tax, audit, and dispute records may be retained.

Liability And Indemnity

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BookMySpa is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, consequential, or loss-of-profit damages, or for disputes between therapists and spas or clients. You agree to indemnify BookMySpa and its operator for claims arising from your misconduct, false information, unlawful service, misuse of the app, breach of these Terms, or violation of third-party rights.

Governing Law And Contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to mandatory rights and applicable law, disputes will be handled by courts, tribunals, or other forums that have lawful jurisdiction in India. Contact support at support@bookmyspalon.com.
